When the Loss is Big: You need a Bigger Response
You try to be prepared for every situation that may arise. But sometimes the job is just way to Large. So, what do you do? Do you turn it down because you know you do not have the equipment or manpower? Do you try to do it yourself with limited resources?
No, you call in reinforcements!
And that is just what we did when a very large water loss came in. A rain water drain from the roof of a commercial structure burst during a recent heavy thunderstorm, effecting massive areas on over 2 floors of the structure.
We knew we could call in the National Large Loss Disaster Recovery Team. They were on site the next day and ready for action.
