The amount of water from the burst pipe collapsed the drywall ceiling and had 2 inches of standing water.

A water pipe froze and then burst in a large apartment complex causing 12 apartments to flood. SERVPRO of Quincy responded with a full crew to the loss site, an hour away, at 1:00 AM to start the water extraction and mitigation process. The large amount of water from the burst pipe caused the ceilings to collapse, leaving two inches of standing water throughout the building. Our crew worked diligently over the following days on the mitigation. Even with the massive size of the job, we were able to completely dry the structure and return it to the owners within two weeks.
